Day 1 - ISIS Training
Day 1 is based upon introducing the ISIS software and the development of an ISIS example. This day will include the following elements:-
Overview of the ISIS software.
Walk-through tutorial construction of a basic ISIS model of a fluvial situation.
An overview of ISIS units to add the quasi-2D capabilities.
Running ISIS.
Using ISIS for steady and un-steady conditions.

Day 2 - ISIS Training
Day 2 is based upon introducing the TUFLOW software and the development of a TUFLOW example. This day will include the following elements:-
Overview of TUFLOW file structure.
Introduction to the TUFLOW manual.
Walk-through construction of a basic TUFLOW model of a tidal example.
Editing terrain.
Multiple simulations.
Day 3 - ISIS Training
Day 3 is based upon introducing the ISIS TUFLOW link software and the development of a TUFLOW example. This day generally includes the following elements:-
Overview of the ISIS/TUFLOW file structure.
An introduction to the different 2D elements including the introduction of ridges to represent flood defences, culverts and urban infrastructure.
A guided hands-on application of the 1D/2D linking.
How to extract and present model results including the production of flood outlines, depth, flow and velocity grids.
