Sustainable drainage systems were assessed in relation to the preparation of an FRA for Cranfield Student Accommodation in Ipswich which incorporated a green roof, recycling.
Oxford Academy School FRA
(Integral Structural Design)
This project includes a drainage impact assessment for Oxford Academy school where extensive use was made with permeable paving, infiltration from sports pitches and attenuation to significantly reduce the long term impact to existing Thames Water sewer systems; ·

Edenvale Young were responsible for the design of site attenuation systems and site drainage; ·
A483 Trunk Road Improvements
Preparation of flood risk assessment, sustainable drainage design and participation as an expert witness at the Public Inquiry for the A483 Trunk Road Improvements at Four Crosses in Powys
Rod Meadows Development Sites Oswestry
Derivation of proposals and options for sustainable drainage from three large development sites in Oswestry. This included the assessment of surface run-off and the general management of water on the site . Proposals comprised the development of lakes for attenuation, detention ponds, permeable paving and swales to maximise the potential for infiltration. In addition rainwater harvesting was also investigated for grey water use from industrial units for use in car washes etc.
